The interesting thing about our friendship is we didn’t even talk as much in the beginning yet we fit into each others lives. Showed each other the darkest things we went through without having to explain any of it.
We celebrated our wins,including those of our family members. In the purest forms we have grown into what we are today because we’ve extended grace to each other. You still owe me a graduation party though,for memories sake.
While we are different in so many ways we are grounded in the fact that support ,acceptance and belonging is our unspoken mantra.
To the extremes we’ve gone to show up,to support, to love and to care for each other today I celebrate that.
You are an amazing human being,a gentle Auntie and a rock solid support system. You are a year older ,a year wiser and adulting just got so real. I am here for the ride,all of it, because this is our style. To love in every form there is.
