Heal your traumas

We have been accustomed to be ashamed of our choices.The things that define our past the world wants us to ignore them.When you talk about them they say you haven’t healed.When you don’t talk about them they say you are hurting inside.So really whatever you do society will not be impressed.So stop impressing them.Every addict I have interacted with has their issues coming  from a place of trying to shut out the world.The only person you can actually please is you.The sooner you will figure out that,the sooner you love yourself and  attract the right kind of people that are better for you.Personally you cannot shame me for anything because everything I have done I made peace with it.I accepted the faults that are mine,I forgave myself for letting the hurt linger for that long.I decided to heal the traumas that came with me exposing myself to the past that hurt me so much.Therefore nothing scares me,I thrive in knowing I made my bed so I lie on it.The only difficult thing is when I have days that the consequences are expensive or they are emotionally draining.In the said days is when you’ll find me having low days.Other than that no amount of shaming will ever bring me down.I wear my consequences with pride,I wear my tags without any shame.That way you will find me in smiling even on my low days.The external forces will only drive you to a place of heart breaks if you let them in.If you refuse to heal your traumas they will torment you for a lifetime.Life will end when it’s supposed to , whether you kill yourself trying to be someone you are not or you live it with so much joy the end will come.Love yourself,live your life and make no apologies for the mistakes you made.The liberation that comes from that will have your ur quality of life at a place even you will be proud of.And when the time comes you can die because you have lived.
