It’s a new dawn

I have a piece of cake and a cup of African tea.Why is this exciting you may ask,well because it means I finally left my comfort zone.I finally let go and started living the dream.My friends think I have gone wild,but I think I have stopped hiding.So many things are different,like the way am not exhausted in the morning when I wake up or the way that my skin glows lately.Well today I took a walk in the dark, through the feeling I can say this was awesome.There was a day this wouldn’t have changed anything for me,like it wouldn’t have made a difference.Today it means the whole wide world.It put a smile on my face,it made my eyes brighten and right this moment I am contented.Is this the goal?Well it isn’t I want more,but this right feeling right here is more than I had yesterday and that counts for something.So I take a bite of this beautiful tasty cake and filll it in my mouth.I take a sip of this tea and then it dawns on me.I am happy,oh wait,yes I am happy.Such a liberating feeling,that I can actually say it and mean it from the bottom of my heart.
