Once in a lifetime it’s going to hurt so bad you can’t breathe
Then the pain will go away and you will have to fill it with something
If you heal you will fill it will peace,joy and come out better
If you don’t you will fill it with pain,anger and hurt

Once in a lifetime you are going to meet all kinds of people
The unkind,the mean ,those that will make you question humanity
Protect your space so well that you remain healthy
Because you are going to need to be your best self through it all

Once in a lifetime you will meet your kind,the one that will make you fall
You will fall so hard the ground will move so it won’t hurt
You will smile so much your face will start to glow
You will not know how you got there because it happened so first

Once in a lifetime nothing will scare you anymore
Like me you will know that everything that led you here had reason
And you will know that even with the distance it is okay to wait
Because not only Is it worth everything it also is a beautiful miracle
